REFUND POLICY

Reframe Pilates Refund Policy

At Reframe Pilates, we are committed to providing a consistent and high-quality experience for all our clients. To maintain fairness and ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask you to review our refund policy outlined below:

Class Packs (5 or 10 Pack)

• All class packs (including 5 and 10 class packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Class credits cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class or failure to attend a booked session will result in the class being forfeited.

• No refunds or class credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a respectful and well-organized environment for all clients and instructors.
